I'm building a small team of thoughtful, skilled therapists who want to do meaningful work without the overhead of running their own practice.
About the Practice
The kind of work that changes lives.
I work primarily with high-functioning adults and couples who look like they have it all together but feel like they're barely holding on. My clients often come in exhausted from years of performing, masking, and pushing through. They've tried the surface-level stuff and are ready for something deeper.
My approach blends relational psychotherapy, somatic work, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. If you're drawn to working with the nervous system, attachment patterns, and helping people reconnect with themselves rather than just manage their symptoms, we might be a good fit.

The Opportunity
This isn't a job posting. It's an invitation to do deep, meaningful work alongside someone who's been in the field for over 12 years and believes therapy is transformative when done well.
I'm looking for a therapist who wants the benefits of private practice without the isolation or the business headaches. Someone who values clinical depth, continuous learning, and genuine connection with clients.
You'll have the support of an established practice, the mentorship to continue growing as a clinician, and the freedom to build your caseload at a sustainable pace.
"I want to work with therapists who see this as a calling, not just a job."
- Leanne
